With over 50+ years of combined experience between us, the team at Sorted have extensive knowledge when it comes to all aspects of direct mail, print and postage. We pride ourselves in getting to know our customers and build lifelong relationships with them. We’re a friendly bunch who will always go that extra mile.

Tina Mills
Tina started her career at an advertising agency, getting stuck in across several departments and gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience, before she found her forever home in the DM sector.
Working alongside the Director of Business (who had excellent skills in computer programming), Tina became one with the Matrix. Diving into all things data, Tina was able to champion personalised direct mail and became an expert in knowing how to use data effectively to market and sell products.
Tina and Nikki both realised that the market was lacking a full-service direct mail company that would support customers from campaign conception to completion. In 2009 they joined forces to create Sorted - a Direct Mail company that does so much more than just printing. And the rest, as they say, is history!

Nikki Price
Nikki has an abundance of experience in customer service - after all, she got her big break in the client services department of a large direct mail company back in 1996.
One of the (many) great things we love about Nikki is her very personable nature. When you pair this with her extensive industry knowledge, it’s almost as if her natural progression to the sales department was written in the stars.
When Nikki and Tina started Sorted Direct Mail in 2009, Nikki knew Sorted needed to become an extension of their clients’ marketing teams. This is why we support our customers at every step of their direct mail campaign.
This approach has seen Sorted go from strength to strength and the ongoing commitment to clients will always be Nikki’s number one priority.

Luke Ackerman
Luke has over 30 years in the Printing and Mailing industry, working for some of the largest Web Offset/Sheetfed Printing and Mailing Fulfilment companies in the UK. His experience is in large volume magazines, catalogues, brochures, POS and DM work. Working with a diverse range of clients in sectors including Publishing, Retail, Fashion, Charity and DM.
Luke provides a high-quality service to his clients and loves to get involved with all aspects of their Marketing projects. Offering a collaborative approach to procurement and production and working as an extension of their business. This can be assistance on paginations, formats and paper grades, sustainability right through to the press passing on-site for quality assurance.

Jayne Salisbury
As Client Services Manager, Jayne works closely with Nikki and has been a member of the team since the very beginning. She headed up client services for Sorted and then following maternity leave, has come back 2 days per week looking after our Sales and Marketing department, and continues to offer customers her experience and knowledge.

Mitch Haynes
Our IT Manager Mitch has been with the business since 2013. He oversees all aspects associated with the IT/Printing department. From the receipt of data, setting and proofing, printing, personalisation and the final workflow through to the finishing department.
He is a great team player with a spectacular ‘can do’ attitude. With his great attention to detail and commitment, he helps to ensure all the work goes out correctly and on time.

Casey Ackerman
Casey is currently in the role of IT Administrator and works alongside Mitch to ensure the smooth running of the work through the IT/Printing Department.
Although in a trainee role currently, we can see her going from strength to strength and becoming an even bigger asset to the business.

Ann Lincoln
With a wealth of experience in both machine enclosing and hand fulfilment, Ann keeps our production department on track.
In such a fast-paced environment it’s key to be agile and we’re pleased to say she really does have her finger on the pulse!

Doreen Cutler
Our wonderful Warehouse Manager Doreen looks after our warehouse facility and ensures that all our stock is accounted for – both incoming and outgoing. She is also responsible for general maintenance and ensuring that all areas of our health and safety procedures are adhered to.

Kelly Gordan
Kelly is part of our machine operating team and is responsible for looking after one of our machine enclosing lines. She services several of our daily client mailings and ensures the efficiencies of the machines are achieved.

Janice Price
As Hand Section Leader, Janice looks after our hand section. She briefs team members on each job and is responsible for all the timesheets and accuracies associated with the mailings.

Sue Manns
Sue (AKA The Debt Collector) deals with all aspects of Sorted’s accounts, from sales ledger to purchase ledger and credit control. Her role has grown over time and now includes the ongoing work associated with our various ISO accreditations. She is an active member of the AAT in Wolverhampton.
